Hi All,
Here is our tentative schedule for the 2010 season at Checkered Flag Raceway. Once again this year all of our
races will be held on Sunday with the exception of the Kansas Dirt Oval Championship which will be a 3 day event.
We will once again be having our Spring Dirt Oval Classic. Our season will consist of 9 club races with 1 throw
out. The track will open at 8am, sign in will close promptly at 9:30am and racing will start at 10am. We will do our
best to make up any races canceled due to the weather. New this year is the addition of some Offroad races. We
will not have a points season on the Offroad this season but we plan on having a Offroad trophy race in the Fall.
Our goal once again this year is to try and raise enough money to upgrade our lap counting system. Our club
membership will be $15 and additional family members $8. Club race fee's for this season will be Members:$5 per
class and Non Members $10 first entry $5 each additional. Please remember it is up to all of us to keep our hobby
or sport strong and growing. If every racer gets one new racer into the hobby or sport it will go on forever.
We hope you all are having a great Holiday Season and look forward to seeing you in the Spring.
